Player Stash, Inventory Overhaul, New Optional Movement System,& More
CD Projekt RED are going to be releasing a big update to The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt this week with Patch 1.07 for PC, though console owners are likely to have to wait a little longer for it. “Don’t worry – free content comes back next week”, Momot wrote.
This follows in the pattern of other DLC that included new clothes for Geralt, Yennefer and Triss.
Whether or not this is related to the briefly leaked DLC that features an alternative outfit for Ciri has yet to be confirmed. Or was this a waste of time?
Books will not have their own tab on the inventory, read books will be greyed out.
Be sure to stay tuned for updates on the release of the patch itself.
Among the major changes are options for inventory.
You’ll also notice that formulas and diagrams can be “pinned”, marking the ingredients required to make them in the Shop panel.
Various improvements to horse behaviour.
If you still can’t get on top of your belongings, there’s a new player stash for storing items – found in a number of locations noted on the map.
The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt is soon to receive its next patch, and it’s a big one.
It looks pretty good, and it’s certainly an improvement on Ciri’s regular costume where she basically just looks like she’s completely forgotten to do up her buttons the whole way through a lengthy game.
A few performance enhancements, including the optimization of FX, scenes and general gameplay. Echoing shades of DriveClub PS Plus, CD Projekt Red‘s Marcin Momot has said that the content wasn’t supposed to go live yet and those who have already downloaded it should not install it.
The Witcher 3 is available for the PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC. Like us, tweet to us or +1 us, to keep up with our round the clock updates, reviews, guides and more. It seems the lack of storage facilities has led to CD Projekt RED introducing stash locations in patch 1,07, which will be out later this week.
