As the days tick down to the official launch of the OnePlus 2 on July 27, we continue to receive new and surprising information.
Check out some of the OnePlus 2’s biggest competition in the video below. Or rather, three models of the OnePlus 2 have turned up for approval.
The A2001 model is likely to be the based model powered by Snapdragon 810 v2. 1 SoC coupled with 3GB of RAM. The SD 810 chip recorded a clocking speed of 1.55 GHz through its 64-bit octa-core processor.
The OnePlus 2 might not be one single model like past year, but three different variants. As of this writing, it is unclear what features or specifications will set these models apart.
A couple of alleged sketches of the OnePlus 2 have surfaced online courtesy of BusinessInsider. The sketches show two camera lenses with the rumored fingerprint scanner underneath. The source claims that the handset will be housing an 8 MP selfie camera.
Moving on, the OnePlus 2 is reportedly comes with 5.5-inch display with 1080p along with fingerprint sensor, and USB Type-C connector. As of this writing, OnePlus has not confirmed on different models of OnePlus 2. The handset will also have a 4 GB RAM instead of 3 GB. One July 27, OnePlus will unveil the second smartphone in its short history, in virtual reality nonetheless, and then all of our questions and uncertainties will be answered.
