Billy Joel weds girlfriend during July 4 party at NY estate

The 66-year-old “Piano Man” crooner married his longtime girlfriend Alexis Roderick on Saturday at his sprawling Long Island estate.

Another private couple, Rachel and Daniel’s New York was also attended by just four guests, including his daughter and her son, with virtually no other details about their wedding known.

It comes after it was revealed earlier this year in that the singer and his now-wife – who have been seeing since 2009 – are expecting their 1st child together. She is pregnant with the couple’s first child, a girl, and is due later this summer.

American pianist, singer-songwriter, and composer Billy Joel and his fiancée Alexis Roderick have shocked the entertainment industry when they tied the knot yesterday, July 4.

A source previously told PEOPLE: “Billy is thrilled to become a dad again”.

His friend, Cuomo, whom he has backed with concerts at fundraisers, received the go-ahead to preside over weddings from the Legislature on June 25.

The couple got married in a surprise ceremony at the singer’s mansion on Centre Island in Oyster Bay witnessed by a small exclusive group.

In 2004, Joel got married for a third time to Katie Lee, who was 23 at the time.

The couple met in a restaurant in Huntington, in neighboring Suffolk County.
