No-contact order lifted between man and Rosie O’Donnell’s daughter

RadarOnline.com has exclusively learned that Chelsea pleaded with a judge to lift an order of protection that has prevented her from seeing Steven Sheerer, who had been held at Ocean County, N.J. jail on $40,000 bail after he was arrested in her case – for obscenity and endangering the welfare of a minor. “Her birthday has passed and she felt the subject would pose no harm to her”. “She wants to make things right”.

“I know that (Rosie) O’Donnell may be maintaining something else, but Chelsea’s position is she was kicked out of her home – that she was told to leave”.

He said Superior Court Judge Wendel Daniels questioned Chelsea “extensively” before lifting the no-contact order and also reduced Sheerer’s bail to $10,000 with an option to pay 10 percent. Her mother reported her missing earlier in the day, authorities have said.

Sheerer was arrested at his Barnegat home and is accused of having inappropriate online communications with Chelsea O’Donnell. He previously served 53 days in jail and two years probation in 2013 after being charged with third-degree possession of heroin with the intent to distribute, third-degree possession of heroin, third-degree endangering the welfare of a child and possession of drug paraphernalia.
