Alcatel OneTouch PIXI 3 (10) tablet announced – not as “agnostic” as
Admittedly this does not make the tablet particularly portable (its 17.3-inch display probably doesn’t help either) but if you plan to use it at home or in the office, it should be good enough. It’s powered by an octa-core chipset, ups the RAM to 2GB, and includes a 13-megapixel camera with f/2.0 aperture. The RAM remains at 1GB, but it features double the internal storage at 16GB, which can be expanded using a microSD card slot.
Talking of the OneTouch Pop Star, the phone has been launched in two different versions, including a 3G compatible and a 4G variant. Pricing and availability hasn’t been confirmed yet, but we can expect this to sit right near the bottom end of the smartphone ladder. Essentially pressing the big “Go” button underneath the display will create an “emotional graphic” based on measurements taken from the gyroscope, heart rate sensor and accelerometer, which can then be shared on social media or set as the watch wallpaper.
The Alcatel OneTouch Go Play smartphone is backed by a 2500mAh battery, which as per the company offers 20 days of standby time, 8.3 hours of talk time and 55 hours music. There’s 1GB RAM, 8GB storage (expandable) and eight color options to choose between.
ALCATEL ONETOUCH is a brand within TCL Communication, an global multicultural company which designs, develops, and markets globally a growing range of mobile and Internet devices. The Go Play is a smartphone with budget specs, but a waterproof and dustpoof case, while the Go Play is a water and dustproof smartwatch that can be paired with most recent Android or iOS phones.
The smartwatch features a 1.22-inch LCD IPS circular display with 240x240pixels resolution. According to Alcatel, the battery of the Go Watch can easily last for 2-5 days, which is better than Apple Watch and Moto 360. The watch carries all the similar functions such as showing notifications about messages, emails, calls, and the weather. There will also be a whopping 10,000mAh battery along with Android 5.1 Lollipop calling the shots. Both of Alcatel’s new handsets support microSD cards up to 32GB in size.
