Apple iPhone 6S photos have been leaked
It’s possible that the model in today’s leak is only meant for testing and that Apple will include additional storage in its retail iPhone 6s, but we’ll have to wait until September-ish to be sure. Leaked by technology website 9To5Mac, the images show that iPhone 6S will have the same look as its predecessor, iPhone 6, down to the dimensions. The ports on offer are also identical to that of the iPhone 6: a central Lightning connector, a left-mounted 3.5mm headphone jack and six circular holes for sound from the speaker to emanate from. As stated by rumors, the upcoming iPhones might sport a camera with 12MP sensor, capable of 4K video recording. It’s been the case so far with the company’s computers, Apple TV and even the iPhone, or at least its camera.
Qualcomm said the new processor is more efficient, which it believes could lead to improved battery life when the phone is being used for LTE functions.
There have been rumors already that the design of the new iPhone 6S would be a bit thicker to accommodate a larger battery.
We just saw a huge batch of images that purportedly portray the iPhone 6s body earlier this week, and now there’s a fresh leak that shows us some of the components that might ship inside.
Also seen on the purported iPhone 6s casing are the antenna lines that were expected to be done away with based on a recent patent being granted to Apple for a metallic material. 9to5 Mac says that its news source has an idea of Apple’s supply chain and has also talked about the specs of the phone, which is expected to be announced soon.
If this is true, then the iPhone 6S could outperform the iPhone 6 and iPhone 6S Plus. As stated by report by Bloomberg the new iPhones will have the same 4.7-inch and 5.5-inch screen and will come with Force Touch feature as seen in the Apple Watch.
