Mumford And Sons, Ellie Goulding And More Announced For Apple Music Festival
The headliners of the Apple Music Festival, which takes place at the Camden Roundhouse from September 19, have finally all been revealed. And the Grammy-award-winning star was also announced for the Apple Music Festival where she will return to the United Kingdom to headline London’s Roundhouse on 21 September.
“Burn” singer Ellie will kick off the music festival on its opening night on 19 September.
Talking about the “unique” concert, she said: “Playing in the United Kingdom is always such a thrill!” It was one of the most memorable and surreal shows we’ve ever played. “Nobody knew what was going to happen next, least of all us”, they added.
“I can’t believe I’m coming to play at the Roundhouse for Apple Music Festival”, Garratt said. I’m really looking forward to heading back and being a part of such an wonderful line-up at Apple Music Festival. “We’ve not played London for a bit and we’re looking forward to it”. So far, Little Mix, Nao, Lion Babe, Leon Bridges, Jack Garratt and James Bay have been confirmed.
“In 2012 we celebrated the release of ‘Babel” at The Roundhouse, which was awesome.
Apple Music Festival (the shiny, newly-named version of iTunes Festival) has added a bunch of new acts to its line-up at London’s Roundhouse.
The festival is free for fans around the world, broadcast live and also available afterward on demand via Apple Music and Apple TV. This year’s previously announced performers include Pharrell Williams, One Direction, Florence + The Machine, The Weeknd, The Chemical Brothers, Take That and Disclosure.
