A humid Thursday in NH with some scattered storms
Temperatures, thanks to the additional storminess into this weekend, will top out closer to the upper 80s to lower 90s, but should rise back into the mid-90s when rain chances decrease next week. We’ll have to watch the storms in OK.to see if they slip over the Red river. Early next week looks to continue the trend of a slight chance of showers being around and temperatures will be in the lower-to-mid 90s. Today will be our hottest day so far this year with highs in the mid to upper 90s.
The clouds and rain will bring welcomed relief from the heat with highs in the upper 80s to low 90s!
Scattered showers and thunderstorms are rolling across central and south Alabama this afternoon; like the past few days, there are more showers and more storms than a “typical” July afternoon.
And like Thursday, there may be a few rapidly developing cells that could produce a few benign, but picturesque funnel clouds.
It was hot Wednesday, that’s for sure.
Thursday: Scattered showers and thunderstorms. Some of the storms especially Saturday evening and overnight could be strong, as we are in a marginal risk of severe weather.
Isolated showers and thunderstorms are possible tonight, the agency said. This weekend looks to have a little bit better of a chance of precipitation happening, as the coverage area will be about 40%.
