ABC Family star hospitalized after alpaca costume catches fire

Paramedics had to be called when the Baby Daddy star’s costume caught on fire while he was attending a Halloween party.
Jean-Luc teased his costume before Saturday’s party by posting the below photo on Instagram.
Baby Daddy star Jean-Luc Bilodeau was burned in a freak accident at a Halloween party over the weekend, resulting in a delay in the production of the next ten episodes of his ABC Family comedy.
Production on Baby Daddy’s fifth season started August. 17. Production was scheduled for a break next week, so the series is taking their break from production earlier than planned.
“While this accident is extremely unfortunate, it serves as a reminder that Halloween costumes and Halloween makeup can be extremely unsafe and flammable”, the rep adds.
ABC also released a statement saying they would change their filming schedule to allow him time to recover. The actor had to be treated for burn injuries, but his rep said that he is expected to make a full recovery.
