Harrison Ford, in Australia on a promotional journey for Star Wars: The Force Awakens, returns as Han Solo in the seventh film in the iconic movie series. They didn’t live in corridors of power – the only shining floors were the bad guys’, and that to me was “Star Wars”: a dusty, greasy, rusted, ragtag, homespun group of underdogs who are up against this insane, high-tech, infinitely powerful institution. Thankfully, the film’s director J.J. Abrams chose to nip the chatter in the bud. “You bring Star Wars back to where it all began”.

She doesn’t come from royalty. To her, that just is what it is.
“The Force Awakens” has faced racist resistance for casting a black man to the lead role.

While he didn’t exactly say that he did not like the film, he did not say that he like it either.
“The size of it is what initially was interesting and kind of daunting”, he said. Plus my wife and I had plans to go away with our kids for a little while.
But Driver said a piece of advice from Abrams had kept him going.
“The most jaw-dropping-est thing to me, in retrospect, is that moment in Episode IV when Leia is being held and Vader goes in to torture her for information”, Abrams recalled.
