Actor Charlie Sheen discloses he is HIV positive
Charlie Sheen’s ex-wife made repeated threats to expose his HIV positive status, it has been claimed. “I look back and I think, ‘Okay, that could’ve been valuable information.’ Look at how many people have played his love interest on the show”.
Olson said that he never told her he is HIV positive.
It comes as it was previously claimed by the National Enquirer that Sheen would often spend thousands on transsexual prostitutes.
“I have sympathy for him because he’s sick and it’s very bad, but man he’s going to have to take major accountability for many people in his life”. Olson, real name Rachel Oberlin, later told Inside Edition that she was dating the TV actor in 2011, which is believed to be around the time he learned of his illness.
“I release myself from this prison today”, the actor added. During the interview with host Matt Lauer, the actor said one of the reasons he disclosed the news about his health was to stop others from extorting him.
In the wide-ranging interview Sheen said the diagnosis was a “mule kick” to his soul and revealed that he’s paid “countless millions” in hush money to keep his status a secret.
Interestingly, Sheen said that he had “informed every sexual partner of his condition”.
He also shared that right now, he feels he has the responsibility to make himself better so he could help a lot of other people.
Charlie Sheen revealed on NBC’s “The Today Show” on Tuesday, Nov. 17, that he has been HIV-positive for years.
Just one day after actor Charlie Sheen announced to the public that he’s HIV-positive, one key figure in the battle for HIV awareness is speaking up in support of the former “Two and a Half Men” star.
When asked if she will confront Sheen about allegedly lying on camera, Olson responds, “It’s bull[expletive]”. He used this word: “I’m clean”.
“She elected to then go forward because she felt so close and wanted that level of intimacy”, Huizenga said. He never said anything ever.
According to sources this is how Charlie justified keeping the HIV diagnosis from sexual partner, as well as Sheen’s reasoning that he didn’t need to use protection.
