Afridi makes it 20 most charitable athletes list
The Real Madrid star has splashed out big bucks for a prime piece of New York real estate.
Portuguese worldwide Ronaldo, the current World Player of the Year, is thought to be considering a move to the MLS when his Madrid contract ends in 2018. The deal was completed Wednesday, making the 30-year-old Portuguese soccer star officially a New Yorker.

Ronaldo has been named as the most charitable sportsperson in a list of 20 by a US website – Athletes Gone Good.
The loft was the property of Italian real-estate mogul Alessandro Proto, who happens to be a partner of Donald Trump.
Tennis ace Serena Williams came in at number three. “DoSomething.org is proud to honor these athletes who are using their fame for good”.
The Real Madrid star paid more than $80,000 for a young child’s brain surgery, donated $165,000 to build a cancer center in Portugal, and flew to Indonesia to help raise money and awareness following a deadly tsunami, among many other wonderful things.
