After Donald Trump Was Interrupted by Protesters Twice, This Is Message He
Trump continues speaking while the apparent assault is going on.
Trump hasn’t commented on the video but our guess is, upon hearing that a few negative things were said about him, he’d be cool with it. Protesters repeatedly interrupted the presidential hopeful, who stopped talking at least three times to acknowledge them, according to the Washington Post. “The third group, I’ll be a little more violent, and the fourth group, I’ll say, ‘Get the hell out of here!'”
At least one Donald Trump supporter attending an event at the Trump National Doral Miami took matters into his own hands on Saturday, violently removing a Latino protester who was holding the “Q” sign in a row of demonstrators spelling out the word “EQUALITY”.
Trump also said he did not “believe” the results of the Quinnipiac University and Des Moines Register/Bloomberg Politics polls on Thursday and Friday that showed Carson seizing the lead in Iowa. “But Ben Carson is super low energy, right?” “You can get them out, just don’t hurt them”, Trump told security after the first couple interruptions, though he told the crowd his patience would wear thin the more it happened. “They informed Ben – but he was asleep”, Trump quipped.
Much of Trump’s remarks centered on telling his supporters how well he is doing the polls.
“I’m gonna win with Hispanics”, he declared.
“In all fairness to Bush, he was only president for about nine months”, said Trump.
Though he had been expected to tout the latest additions to his Florida campaign team, Trump said nothing about his new state chairman, Sarasota Republican Party head Joe Gruters, or Gruters’ co-chair, Susie Wiles, Gov. Rick Scott’s 2010 campaign manager.
As this protester is being dragged out of the room, the crowd around him loudly chants “U-S-A!”
Trump’s Friday appearance marked his first official campaign rally in Florida.
