Air base attack continues near India-Pakistan border

Pakistan has condemned the attack and said it wanted to continue to build on the goodwill created by the impromptu meeting between Modi and Sharif last month. In the past, when it was in opposition, Modi’s own right-wing Bharatiya Janata Party was a vocal critic of engagement with Pakistan.
