Akshay Kumar: ‘Priyanka Chopra is making India proud’

Bollywood star Akshay Kumar, congratulated Amitabh Bachchan on his recent Ambassadorship and praised Priyanka Chopra for her win at the People Choice Awards for her first American show “Quantico”! She bagged the Best Actress in a new TV series award for “Quantico”. Akshay Kumar and Priyanka Chopra have acted together in movies like, Aitraaz, Mujhse Shaadi Karogi and Waqt: The Race Against Time.

Priyanka has essayed the role of Federal Bureau of Investigation agent Alex Parrish in the crime-thriller. Unfortunately, some of them possess secrets that no one knows.

The 33-year-old actress was presented the award by Hollywood star Vin Diesel following which the Indian star became the first ever South Asian actress to win an award at PCA. Congrats and way to go girl.
