Alfonso Ribeiro to be temporary host of ‘Dancing with the Stars’

The long-time host posted Sunday night on Twitter that he won’t be hosting the show Monday night because he needs to spend time with his ailing father.

“The fact that I have been eliminated is false”, said Busey, adding he would remain dancing on the show in spirit. The celebrities will share personal stories from their most notable years of life, and then dance routines inspired by those inspirational times.

Gary Busey taught us a lot of things this fall, chiefly that there is no end in sight to reality TV producers exploiting a mentally unstable man for ratings.

Alfonso Ribeiro has danced on Dancing with the Stars, won Dancing with the Stars and was just a guest judge on Dancing with the Stars. The scores from tonight AND next week will be combined to decide the next elimination, probably because of the Switch-Up next week. Inaba said the routine was well done.
