Alleged iPhone 7 4.7-inch & 5.5-inch Display Panels Leaked
Apparently, Bloomberg is adamant that the new phone will ditch the physical Home button in favor of a touch-capacitive design. In fact, in his report, Bloomberg’s Mark Gurman suggests that there are several significant changes in the works for the next iPhone.
The motherboard showing various components of the upcoming iPhone 7 have been leaked, along with the powerful, and efficient A10 chipset.
A leaked photo of what seems to be the iPhone 7 appeared on Chinese social media site Weibo and blog site Apple Insider.
Citing “people familiar with the matter”, the report claims Apple is readying an “updated home button” which will feature haptic feedback instead of a physical click – similar to the trackpads on MacBooks.
Aside from the new home button, the iPhone 7 is also be sporting a dual camera system.
The other clip revealed a pair of Lightning-compatible EarPods supposedly for the iPhone 7, Slash Gear reported. The article speculated that it could mean a better sensor for the new camera on the iPhone 7.
The 3.5 headphone jack has been a source of most of the rumors and leaks.
Reports have it that pictures taken using the iPhone 7 camera will come out with handsome details. The former will apparently feature the same standard features as the regular iPhone 7. The dual cameras will take pictures simultaneously in different colour set-up which will result in a brighter set of photos even in dim light. It is thought that Apple will launch three versions of this year’s iPhone, the basic model followed by larger Plus and Pro variants.
The lack of a headphone jack is one of the earliest iPhone 7 rumors that has refused to die.
The removal of the headphone jack also gives the iPhone 7 more speaker room which would theoretically give a fuller sound. A new report has been released telling about the coming Apple’s iPhone plans over the years have confirmed few of the iPhone 7 features that are in rumours.
