Amazon’s Black Friday Sales Will Kick Off A Week Early
Corrections & Clarifications: Amazon’s price for the Sonos PLAY:1 starter kit is $349.
Black Friday takes place on Friday the 27th of November and now Amazon has announced that it is launching its Black Friday deals a week early on the 20th of November. From Friday, new deals will be added “as often as every five minutes” for eight straight days leading right up until Black Friday.
The company will offer a range of Amazon Black Friday Deals from this Friday and will continue to launch deals for eight days. The deals won’t be available all at once, instead the sales will start in waves beginning on Friday November 20 through Black Friday. These deals will be available even if shoppers don’t have a Prime account.
Included in the sale are several great buys, such as the $35 Fire tablet, $348 55-inch Roku smart TV and $99 Jawbone Up3.
Amazon will also offer up to 45% off select Samsung and LG TVs, and other unnamed TV sets will be offered on the cheap, including a “top-selling” 60-inch 4K TV for $799.
There will also be the usual assortment of video game discounts, including $50 off Xbox One consoles and $50 off a PlayStation 4 Uncharted bundle. We can only imagine that the better and bigger deals will appear as we inch closer towards Black Friday itself, but if you see something you want in meantime, go for it. Last year, total holiday sales from the Amazon Mobile Shopping App doubled in the USA and Black Friday had the most rapid growth in mobile shopping. The most popular deal is the $149.99 50-inch 1080p LED TV.
This year, the company is also offering a “Watch A Deal” service that will notify customers when a chosen product goes on sale. There will be 10 of this, followed by another 10 on Black Friday.
