Customers choose as many or as few Pantry products as they like to fill up a box, weighing as much as 20Kg, for £2.99.
Look out, supermarkets – Amazon is taking aim at United Kingdom grocery retailers with the launch of a new delivery service.
The box will arrive on United Kingdom shoppers’ doorstep the next day after the order is placed, says Amazon.

The company has revealed that Amazon Pantry will be available across the United Kingdom from today, following a successful launch in the USA 18 months ago.
Amazon has just announced the debut of a new delivery service for UK Prime subscribers: Amazon Pantry.
And the one-hour delivery service is now only available to select postcodes in London and Birmingham, though more places are to be added in future. The service goes beyond the Prime Now option here in the U.S., which focuses on same-day delivery of items from local merchants, including fresh food.
The Mirror compared prices for a handful of products on Amazon Pantry with those at Tesco, Asda and Sainsbury’s online.
The service matches brand items or in a few cases beats them.
That’s one more reason to leave the house gone.
Due to the competitive landscape, United Kingdom consumers may be drawn to Amazon Pantry not because it offers a convenient alternative to in-store shopping, but because it offers good deals and discounts on its items.
A 250g jar of Bovril is £3 on Amazon and Sainsbury’s but £3.20 at Tesco.
Amazon has been selling groceries in the United Kingdom for a few time.
