Amber Alert issued after 3-year-old girl, mother forced into vehicle in Yakima

Washington State Police say a 3-year-old girl and a woman have been taken in Yakima.

A mother and child who were the subject of an Amber Alert have been located safe in Spokane, police said.

The suspect was Kyle Arellano, 18.

Kyle Arellano, 18, has been identified as a suspect in the disappearance of 3-year-old Lupita Tellez and her mother Vivianna Cruz.

The vehicle is described as a 2000 silver or aluminum Mitsubishi Galant, with a Washington license plate number AUP4936.

“Lupita is 30-pounds, 2′ 6” tall, with black hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a white t-shirt and blue jeans.

Cruz, 20, is also Hispanic, and was last seen wearing a black sweater and black trousers. He has black hair, brown eyes, is about 260 lbs and 6 feet 3 inches tall. If you have seen any of them, you’re asked to call 911 immediately.
