Amber Alert issued for 3-year-old boy in Alpena Twp

State Police officials have issued an Amber Alert as of Six P-M Monday for a missing three year boy identified as Keegan Waterman.

He was last seen in the area of 2260 East Grant Street in Alpena Township.

Police said 3-year-old Keegan Waterman may be heading to Tennessee with 38-year-old Christina Waterman.

Keegan Elijah Waterman and his mother, Christina Marie Waterman, may be headed to Tennessee, authorities say. Investigators describe him as black, 55 lbs., with black hair and brown eyes. She has blonde hair and blue eyes, and is 5-foot-7 and 195 pounds.
