Amber Alert Issued For 9 Month Old Girl

He is a black male and 9 months old.

Syncere Lee Valliant was found safe with family members, KCTV reports. Police believe he abducted the 9-month-old from Independence, Mo.

An amber alert has been issued in connection with a child abduction in Independence, Missouri.

Police told KCTV Syncere Lee Valliant was taken from her home at 10:45 a.m.in the 17000 block of East U.S. Highway 24.

MSHP is advising anyone who thinks they’ve seen them to call 911, the nearest law enforcement agency or the Independence police department at 816-836-3600 with any information.

The patrol says the suspect is in a black and red Pontiac Grand Am. The suspect is described as 6-feet, 1-inch tall and 170 pounds with black hair, brown eyes, light complexion and a visible neck tattoo. The Missouri license plate number is DL3-V3F.
