Amber Alert Issued For Three Year Old Boy

A Michigan AMBER alert was issued at 6:30 p.m. today (Aug. 17) for a 3-year-old boy missing from Alpena Township.
The two are believed to be in a 2000 Chevy Tahoe, tan in color, with a Tennessee license plane of “U4758V” and they may be headed to Tennessee. He is described as black with black hair and brown eyes.
He was last seen in the area of 2260 East Grant Street in Alpena Township.
Keegan is described by police as 4 feet 3 inches tall and weighs 55 lbs.
“Keegan Waterman’s mother, Christina Waterman is a white woman, 38, 5’7” and weighs 195 pounds.
