Amber Alert Issued from El Reno Police Department

Luciano Salazar, 44, of El Reno, suffered cuts to his right hand, his neck and his head, said Police Chief Ken Brown. Authorities also say both his hands were almost severed.

The Department of Public Safety released an Amber Alert around 11 a.m. for 8-year-old Mabel Lopez.

Police are calling 39-year-old Arcenio De Jesus a suspect.

He is believed to have fled the scene of the crime with his wife, Maria Lopez, also known as Maria Ramierez, and 8-year-old Mabel Lopez.

The girl is believed to be with two people identified as Arcenio De Jesus and her mother Mira Rodriquez.

The woman and child are believed to be in danger. De Jesus (image below) was last heard from in El Reno, Oklahoma.

Authorities believe De Jesus is traveling to Mexico in a dark gray or green 2005 Ford Explorer with Oklahoma license plate 689 LHD.

The suspect was arrested in 20015 for driving under the influence and driving without a valid operator’s license. El Reno police requested the alert.
