Amber Heard Violates Court Orders To Testify In Johnny Depp Abuse Case

The 30-year-old actress had been due to return to Los Angeles from England to be questioned under oath by her estranged husband Johnny Depp‘s legal team on Friday morning, but was unable to get back due to an unspecified incident.

“Clearly, Johnny’s counsel continues to wage a malicious war against Amber in the Court of Public Opinion in [an] effort to intimidate and discourage Amber from telling the truth”, the court papers read.

Spector claims that Depp will never address the domestic violence allegations.

After months of speculation and he-said, she-said, it looked as though both parties would finally be forced to give their sides of the story and court after they were summoned to give depositions last week. “She refused to testify despite repeated requests from Johnny’s counsel and instead sat with her lawyers, cried on the telephone, yelled, screamed and paced in a separate room”.

Despite Amber’s claim that she has proof Depp was abusive during their relationship and the fact that she showed up to his lawyer’s office when she was scheduled to arrive, she never actually testified. Interestingly, they also attached a letter from the Rum Diaries star accusing the Pirates of the Carribean star’s lawyers of reneging on a settlement agreement, but they claim they sent the letter to the A-list star and are awaiting his approval. His team is also reportedly asking the court to dismiss the domestic violence case.

“She was there and ready to proceed”. She would go on to detail two specific occasions.

Johnny vehemently denies all the accusations made against him.
