‘American Horror Story: Hotel’ Reveals Terror Under the Bed in Latest Teaser
The first official sneak peek of “American Horror Story: Hotel” has finally arrived.
“Scream Queens” airs Tuesdays at 9 p.m. on Fox. The opening scene saw Bentley feeling the vibe of a room he’s checked-in inside Hotel Cortez. But as the detective casually lies down in the comfortable bed, Max Greenfield’s character Henry is seen silently writhing in pain under the bed.
Taking viewers from a ghost-filled “Murder House” to a homicidal carnival in “Freak Show” (making pit stops in a psychopathic “Asylum” and witches’ “Coven” along the way), the upcoming installment will surely leave a terrifying impact on the anthology series’ franchise; “Hotel” premieres October. 7th and is rumored to be the darkest season to date. Thankfully, the nature of this show means that this list is populated with supernatural creatures, all-too-human monsters, and a few generally demented beings.
In the less-than-30-second clip, Wes Bentley’s John Lowe looks anxious before he gets a few rest by lying on his hotel bed. Greenfield’s character, meanwhile, is described as “an addict who checks into the hotel and tangles with Sarah Paulson (Sally)”.
On the heels of the hotly-awaited release, Entertainment Weekly writer Tim Stack offered a scoop about the trailer.
This new development for the star-studded season is only one of the many exciting pieces of the puzzle Ryan Murphy had set-up for months.
