Andrew Bogut Officially Signs With Cleveland Cavaliers

LeBron James rarely gets caught off guard.

Love has been out recently with back problems so in the short term Bogut helps the Cavs cover his absence. An instant burst of offense, Williams has rapidly seen his playing time expand in the absence of starting power forward Kevin Love, as Williams has averaged 24 minutes per night since signing with Cleveland.

If the Cavs sign Bogut, they will have to release a player to make room for him on the roster.

With that being said, I have to go with the Cavs in this one as the Celtics have really cooled off lately with three losses in their last four outings. He knew what he was doing, and his plan will likely prove to be the smartest thing the Cavs could have done. Bogut, who gives Cleveland a needed rim protector and backup for Tristan Thompson, will join the Cavaliers later this week. “I really think it’s an incredible fit”, Korver said.

Williams, the second overall pick in the 2011 National Basketball Association draft, averaged 5.9 points and 2.9 rebounds in 25 games (11 starts) for Miami this season. He’s a really good shooter. All of them come off of the bench.

Will it lead to a second-straight title?

He won a title there, was injured as they lost to Cleveland in game seven previous year and now he has the chance to win another title. Deron Williams played with the big man in Dallas and has already been in contact with him. “I wanted a single number, but all of them were pretty much taken”.

James said the team faced many challenges in attempting to defend its crown but the signing of Bogut and Deron Williams from the Dallas Mavericks did not change the focus.
