Andrew Luck fully participates in Colts practice

Colts coach Chuck Pagano’s standard line on injured quarterback Andrew Luck has been that he had “supreme confidence” that Luck would be able to play that particular week. Thigpen has played in 45 career games and totaled 85 punt returns for 847 yards (10.0 avg.) and two touchdowns and 92 kickoff returns for 2,224 yards (24.2 avg.) and one touchdown.

INDIANAPOLIS (AP) – Colts quarterback Andrew Luck returned to full participation for Monday’s practice for the first time in two weeks.

Luck practiced fully on Monday, after sitting out Week 4 and Week 5 due to a shoulder injury per USA Today’s Jim Corbett.

With the Colts and Patriots rivalry writing another chapter in six days, the early signs look like Luck will once again play a major factor in it.

“It was good to go through practice without limitations, in a sense, to get out there and throw”, Luck said after Monday’s practice. The Colts need to see drastic improvement from Luck if they want any chance at surviving this tough stretch.

The Colts will literally have to rely on Luck’s shoulder in order to be successful during this brutal season stretch. “Every athlete wants to be out there playing all the time”.

The Colts could be getting their franchise quarterback back under center for Week 6.

It was obvious that Luck doesn’t want to be watching the game in street clothes for a third straight week.

“This is certainly a big game, it’s the next game”, Luck said.

“But it’s also a new year and you’ve go to take care of business at home”.
