Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt Are Reportedly Expanding Their Brood
Jolie, who is a UN Special Envoy for Refugees, is said to have been keen on adopting all three children, but Pitt was reportedly anxious about the impact on their own kids.
After returning to the United States, Angelina is said to have pitched the idea of adopting all three brothers.
Brad told her that jumping from 6 to 9 children would be too much, not to mention potentially traumatic on the kids. However Angie did not put up a fight. “She knew it just wouldn’t work”, revealed a source. “But they compromised at adopting one”, the source told Radaronline.
Brad Pitt attends a movie premiere with Pax (11), Shiloh (8) and Maddox (13). “They were all brothers…”
The 40-year-old humanitarian had been touched by the stories of the three siblings and wanted to adopt them all, but Brad refused raising concerns stating that it would affect their other kids.
This exciting development comes more than eight months after we first reported that Angelina had fallen in love with a two-year-old Syrian orphan named Moussa, who she was introduced to via a translator during one of her many visits to the war-devastated nation.
Speaking about the tragedy, Jolie asked the world “to save a generation of traumatised, isolated and suffering Syrian children from catastrophe” during a speech to the United Nations in 2013.
According to the UK’s The Express, Angelina and Brad considered the time to be apt to adopt a new member in their family.
“This is something that has become very close to their hearts”, the friend said.
That didn’t happen. It’s almost October. An insider says the middle child “could speak some English”, while the oldest “was very quiet, but never left Angie’s side during the visit”.
