Anti-cop note found at scene of deadly rampage in Philadelphia
Ross said there is no reason to believe the suspect was “radicalized” after searching multiple addresses linked to him. According to court records, Glenn had a history of drug-possession convictions in Philadelphia. The woman died from her injuries. The woman had been treated and released at Episcopal Hospital. It was not clear why.

The gunman’s exact motive is unknown and the civilian victims of the ambush were apparently targeted at random.

Ross did say the letter mentioned a grudge the shooter had with his probation officer and expressed dislike for the police department. Young and other officers for their bravery.
