Apple just made it very easy to switch from Android to iPhone
Another setback for Apple was the cancellation of the release of its new software update for Apple Watch, watchOS 2, due to the discovery of a critical bug.
To check for the update, you can grab your iOS device and go into Settings General Software Update. You can upgrade directly on your iPad, iPhone, or iPod Touch, but those of us with 16GB models might have a difficult time squeezing enough space to successfully store the update file. The phone also won’t check for new mail or update content for apps in the background as often.
The app claims that the handset is automatically useless and worthless now that you’ve entered the iPhone universe. In addition to Apple’s new San Francisco font, iOS 9 boasts a new app switcher for multitasking and a smarter, more dynamic Siri. “Bet Android would never be able to publish their own “Move to Android” app on Apple’s App Store”, reads another review. That means most of your data can be seamlessly transferred from your Android phone to the iPhone 6s or iPhone 6s Plus without issue. After 2008 when the App Store became the place to be with their “There’s an app for that” commercials, Apple always had a leg up on the competition. For those who gave the Beta version a skip and were waiting the final release, you can now download the iOS 9.
In an interview with BuzzFeed this week, Apple CEO Tim Cook addressed some users concerns, including offering an explanation for why its pre-loaded first-party apps can’t be deleted.
Plug your device into a power outlet and connect to a Wi-Fi network (3G isn’t recommended as it might serve you a large bill). Your device will be backed up, and the OS update will begin to download. Just as the name suggests, you use Apple’s app to transfer content from an Android device to an iOS product.
