Apple Launching Three Phones, Pro Model To Feature Dual Camera
Will there be an iPhone 7 Pro, continuing the Pro series which Apple introduced with the iPad Pro.
Quartz, which used SurveyMonkey Audience to conduct the survey of 525 iPhone-owning adults in the US, reports that 11.4 percent said they were somewhat likely to buy a new iPhone this year if it isn’t redesigned, while one-third of respondents were “not so likely” and 46 percent were not at all likely to upgrade. Maybe the new iPhone could sport features that we did not know about that might be compelling, or maybe the rumors were completely wrong and that we will get a brand new design, either way we’ll have to wait and see.
Apple’s tick-tock pattern of iPhone updates is about to be broken by none other than Apple itself.
With this, there are those who now assume that it is highly possible for iPhone 7 to be released in four of the original colors associated with the past iPhones, which are all those mentioned above, sans the alleged Space Black.
As per 9to5Mac, apart from featuring dual cameras, redesigned antenna lines and a very similar design as iPhone 6s, iPhone 7 and 7 Plus may also feature capable A10 chips with faster CPUs and GPUs, 3GB of RAM, storage option of 256GB and will be the first iPhones to be completely waterproof. The home button will now be technically aligned with the front portion (likely capacitive) which was reportedly made to improve waterproofing measures.
From the photos, the iPhone 7 Pro looks to be the same size as the current iPhone 6 and 6S Plus. The good news is that Forbes touts Nowhereelse as having “nailed every major Apple and Samsung launch for the last two generations”. The camera module on the iPhone 7 Plus and iPhone 7 match previous leaks.
According to Zdnet.com, the new Apple Watch will have cellular connectivity that will remove the watch’s need for the iPhone.
Roughly 34% said that if Apple switched to a three-year cycle, they would adjust their personal upgrade timings to match. This 65 percent combined share is down from the 82 percent share the iPhone 6 and 6 Plus predecessor models held in the prior-year period.
