Apple rumored to unveil new iPads in early April
The new iPad mini may indeed be the iPad mini 5 or could be rebradned as iPad mini Pro. Among the possible products expected to be revealed are new iPads, iPhones, and other devices.
The first one of the modern Apple era was in March 2011, when Steve Jobs was on hand to unveil the iPad 2.
Apple will be launching the new iPads as the successor to last year’s 12.9-inch and 9.7-inch iPad Pro tablets.
One question that has been tormenting everybody recently is the one about the release of the iPad Air 3. The earlier leaks suggested the launch event to be postponed from March to May and now, the new leaks claim the event to be held on April 4th at its new headquarters, Apple Park located in Cupertino, California. We now know that Apple Park is scheduled to open in April, 2017. Rumor has it that the 9.7-inch iPad will be a low-end tablet that will replace the Air model. It’s only been a day since Apple World Today ran with the rumor about the April 4 event date for the iPad Pro 2. DigiTimes, citing sources in the supply network, says the iPad Pro 2, and the new 10.5in tablet, won’t go on special until May as a result of assembling deferrals, reports Mac World.
The 10.5-inch iPad Pro has so far been the highlight amongst the expected iPad models as it is expected to feature a bezel-less display, thereby ditching the Home button. Even better, all three iPad Pro 2 models will be lighter and thinner in comparison with the already existing models.
Steve Jobs Parenting Style: Why Did The Founder Not Let His Kids Use iPad? Stocks for the first and largest iPad Pro has so far been scarce, leading to speculation that a refresh is on the way.
The smaller new iPad would probably be a version of the A9 chip from the iPhone 6S smartphone, made by Samsung.
The 10.5-inch model is reportedly designed with edgeless display. Will there be a new iPad mini this year? A new iMac could also get a launch for the yet unconfirmed event. However, whether or not the new Apple Pencil will offer increased capability remains to be seen.
