Apple Teases iPhone 7 Ahead of September 7 Event
The newest model also boasts of a new type of headphone named Lightning Earpods for the modern users.
Rumors are across the board on just what the new iPhone will look like, feature, cost and when it will come out. And while some rumours say Apple will ditch the home button, others suggest it’s getting a revamp. Instead, everyone is fixed on two “problems” with Apple’s iPhone 7 lineup.
It’s unclear exactly what Beats has planned, but we have a feeling it might have something to do with the iPhone 7 and its missing headphone jack. With the company all set to launch the new iPhone on 7 September, the pre-orders are likely to start on 9 September, followed by its release a week later. Well, the grueling death of the headphone jack certainly seems imminent. Besides, the invitation also reads “See you on 7th”, presumably pointing at the iPhone 7. Considering the anticipation of iPhone 7, it seems that the newest iPhone will be nearly similar to the last one, with a slimmer size and possible termination of the headphone jack. Displayed on the invite is a filter effect that should be hinting for the camera upgrades in the iPhone 7 device.
Fortunately, it also comes with a water-resistant cover, and will have a dual camera for better photos. The iPhone 7 is the next incremental upgrade which usually comes after Apple has already launched a “s” version of the iPhone, in this case the iPhone 6s was launched previous year. According to the report, the standard iPhone 7 will have an A10 and M10 coprocessor as expected, and use 2GB of LPDDR4 RAM.
The text on the insert shows that “Lightning EarPods” will be included with every one of the new phones. Since they use active noise cancellation, they need to be powered.
In this elephantine event, the new MacBook Pro along with the latest Apple watch 2 may be revealed. If AirPods are coming with the iPhone 7 then we would probably have seen some evidence that they’ve been developed.
The iPhone 7 Pro is a rumoured to have the smart connector similar to the one found on the iPad Pro, for allowing connections with accessories, and possibly battery packs.
Now take a look at the new Q Adapt In-Ear Earbuds announced on Thursday by Libratone.
Meanwhile, a new leak spotted by Nowhere Else shows the hypothetic packaging of the iPhone 7 Plus.
