Reportedly Halle Berry, 48, is the latest famous person to court divorce.

“Halle Berry and Olivier Martinez are not filing for divorce today, despite a new webloid report”.

The impending divorce is allegedly due to the 49-year-old actor’s temper.

The issues in their relationship allegedly reach back as far as October 2014; they haven’t been photographed together since January 2015. Reportedly, she’s encouraged Olivier to attend anger management counseling, to no avail. A report by Radar Online Monday cited a source close to the couple as saying that a divorce between Berry and Martinez was imminent. So the reason Halle hasn’t been wearing her engagement ring isn’t that she took it off because her marriage is over but rather that she had the worst luck in the world to lose it.

Before tying the knot in June 2013, the Academy Award victor had sworn off marriage after her failed marriages to David Justice (1993-1997) and Eric Benét (2001-2005).
