Arizona Cardinals vs Seattle Seahawks
The Arizona Cardinals have been the best team in the NFC West this year, but have yet to knock down the Seattle Seahawks, who have owned the division the past two seasons.
It’s always nice when the schedule makers get something right, and the best game of the weekend in week 10 falls on the Sunday night primetime game of the week slot. I’m making a prediction here that Williams has one of his better games against the Cardinals and I say that because he’s still a part of the LOB and for what it’s worth I like his matchup this week. 500 or better records now….
Russell Wilson was 14 of 32 passing for 240 yards, one touchdown and one interception, but Seattle committed 14 penalties and couldn’t overcome the mistakes of the first half. He missed 2½ games earlier this season with a hamstring injury after missing one game in the previous four seasons. Six of the third downs Seattle was unable to convert were 10 or more yards. They keep trying, bless their hearts, but have fallen short each time since Romo went down in Week 2, the most recent loss being a 33-27 overtime heartbreaker to the Eagles. Larry Fitzgerald is playing like he’s 25. The Seahawks came from 21 down to beat Tampa Bay in 2013 and 20 down to win at Denver in 1995. The game will begin Sunday, Nov 15 at 8:30 p.m. ET and can be seen on NBC. He finished with three catches for 41 yards. A Carson Palmer-led offense is a lot different than a Matt Cassel-led Dallas Cowboys offense, but they still played Legion of Boom-like football, something that had been missing from their defensive swagger.
Lynch scored on the next play, and the two-conversion attempt failed.
Getting Lynch going does not only lead to big plays for Seattle, but also allows them to control time of possession.
And nearly immediately after the Seahawks were done celebrating Lynch’s score, Seattle was in the lead thanks to another sack and fumble. QB Russell Wilson threw for 550 yards, three TDs and had a 122.4 rating in two games vs. Cardinals last season…. The San Francisco 49ers anchor the basement with a 3-6 record on the season, and there is no indication that things will improve for that Bay Area team as they slide into the abyss.
The Cardinals come into today’s game on 6-2 and will be hoping to come away with a hit and run road victory against the Legion of Boom. Fantasy Tip: Think tight ends for Seahawks, especially Graham. Michael Floyd led in receiving with 106 yards and one touchdown in four catches.

A few National Football League observers might argue that the Seahawks have been testing the theory that you can dress up just about anyone as an offensive lineman and try to make it work. Seattle has been outscored 58-33 in the final period of games this year, something coaches must address for the team to be able to contend in the NFC.
“So basically, it is fill-in type players at every other spot, ” said Jason Fitzgerald, who writes about National Football League financial issues for OvertheCap.com. Of course, a win over the Cardinals on Sunday could trim the division deficit to one game, but it’s still worth taking a look at the bigger playoff picture in the NFC at the half way point.
The Arizona Cardinals cast aside the notion their fast start was simply a mirage of weaker competition.
All of those problems can be tied to inconsistency along the offensive line.
