ARK: Survival Evolved is coming to Xbox One on December 16
Studio Wildcard has announced that an in-development version of the Ark: Survival Evolved, a dinosaur survival game will launch on Xbox One on December 16. At least two million people have tried to tame their own pet dino on Steam, and that number is set to expand with the imminent release of the game on Xbox One.
Of course, like with Early Access titles, the $35 asking price won’t be the final price of the game when it launches, it’ll likely cost a lot more, but if you buy now, you’ll be able to play the current version of the game, and won’t be required to pay any more when the game launches.
Wildcard told IGN that while the Xbox One version will have the seam features of the PC one, don’t expect the former to be updated as frequently as the latter.

ARK players will wake up on an island with other humans (naked, of course).
Tame and ride one of 70-plus incredible dinosaurs and other prehistoric beasts, including gargantuan creatures on a scale never before seen in video games!
Players can join the ARK discussion now by visiting the newly launched Xbox One forums on survivetheark.com/. “XGP gamers are getting the benefit of all that work with a game that is much closer to launch than the one that hit Steam back in June”. They then must hunt, harvest, craft, research technology, and build shelters to protect from themselves from the environment, creatures, and other players.
Studio Wildcard was co-founded in 2014 by Jesse Rapczak, former Technical Art Director at Microsoft Game Studios, with the mission of bringing AAA quality to ambitious indie productions designed for core gamers.
