Arkansas piles up offense in 58-42 win over Mississippi St

The Hogs now travel to Columbia to take on Missouri, a team that has already lost 8 games this year, but does feature a freshman running back from Little Rock in Damarea Crockett who has run for 379 yards over the last two games.
Mississippi State gave up 615 yards to Alabama and managed just 274 yards of its own this past Saturday.
“We just have our backs in a corner and we have to find a way to win”, Mullen said. This team can not win when they get off of their game plan, especially when Austin Allen is being rushed and missing the connections he usually makes. “But I don’t know that that’s the case”. And that’s good, because Mississippi State still put up 42 points on the Hogs.

While an eight-win Arkansas team could be considered for the Outback Bowl in Orlando, Fla., the TaxSlayer Bowl in Jacksonville, Fla., or the Belk Bowl in Charlotte, N.C., the SEC office is more likely to place programs from a closer proximity at those sites for better ticket sales.
