Authorities say Munholland was taken by her mother, Chelsea Munholland, and her mother’s boyfriend, Herbert Allen Thomas. She has blonde hair and blue eyes and was last seen wearing pink pajamas. She is a white female, three feet tall and weighing 33 pounds.
A recent debit card transaction shows that they traveled through Stilwell, Oklahoma, at 3:30 a.m., officials said. The department released a video Friday afternoon that officers said was captured at a store in Westville just before 4 a.m.
Van Buren Police Lt. Stephen Staggs said the department is following up on leads.
Layla, Munholland and Thomas may be in a four-door 2006 Toyota Corolla with a sunroof and Arkansas tags 245USV, according the alert.
The child’s mother is Chelsea Munholland, 24 years old, date of birth is 3-25-1992, white female, height 5’04, hair is long black, green eyes, light complexion, last seen wearing blue hoodie with white stripe across the front and black shorts. Police say they are getting the Federal Bureau of Investigation involved in the case.
