Arkham Knight PC won’t be back till the end of October
Continue improvements and bug fixing for a Windows 7 specific memory issue that occurs on configurations with 8GB of system RAM and a few Nvidia GPUs during extended game play. There is no word on a discount for PC gamers following the months of extra waiting. This was due to significant graphical and performance bugs and glitches.
The game was pulled from sale on the platform shortly after widespread reports of performance problems and missing graphical features arose when the game launched last month.
The PC version of Batman: Arkham Knight was withdrawn back in June when the game was deemed unplayable. The Interim Patch was released in August and it actually fixed a lot of issues that were being faced by the players. More importantly, you have to have the talent, vision, and passion from the development teams to make great games and treat them as they would an original IP. This latest assurance comes via a Steam Community post from Warner Bros. There were no specific dates provided, so we’ll just have to keep our eyes peeled for it. “We expect these updates to be ready at the end of October, at which time the PC version will be made available for purchase.”
At that point support for all the downloadable content that has already released for the console versions of Batman: Arkham knight will be in place for the PC version.
Thanks again for your continued patience and support.
