Arrest made in shooting outside Big Sean-J. Cole concert
A man has been arrested on suspicion of opening fire outside the PNC Bank Arts Center and shooting two men after a J. Cole concert at the venue, New Jersey State Police said.
Powell, 27, of Holmdel, faces two counts of attempted homicide plus weapons offenses.
The shooting happened late Monday in the parking lot outside the PNC Bank Arts Center in Holmdel, causing panic among the crowd.
Both suffered multiple gunshot wounds and were airlifted to Jersey Shore University Medical Center in Neptune, where they were last listed in critical but stable condition, State Police said.

He was sent to the Monmouth County jail, Freehold Township, with bail set at $750,000.
A witness told PIX11 News he thought he was hearing fireworks until he saw a man with a gun.
“She turns around and addresses them about it”, said Lefanto, who was with his 13-year-old daughter.
A concert, part the Forest Hills Drive Tour featuring artists J Cole, Big Sean, YG and Jeremih, was held at the PNC Bank Arts Center earlier that night.

This case will be prosecuted by the Monmouth County Prosecutor’s Office.
