Arsenal star will not be allowed to join Chelsea or Man City
Arsenal legend Ian Wright has urged forward Alexis Sanchez to the leave the London club after the Chilean was dropped to the bench for the Gunners’ 3-1 loss to Liverpool on Saturday.
Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger sats that he has still not come to a decision regarding his future at the Emirates Stadium.
“I have no regrets. With the players we had on the pitch, we should have made more of these opportunities because Liverpool are vulnerable from corners”, added Wenger.
Alexis Sanchez would be incredible at Chelsea, says Stan Collymore.
It is quite obvious that Sanchez deserves a better place, where he can win trophies and find like-minded players who can encourage him to produce his best form, time-in and time-out.
“You make a [selection] decision and people always have a very emotional analysis and an emotional response to this kind of decision”.
To Georginio Wijnaldum, though, there is no alternative.
Wenger’s decision not to start Sanchez, as well as suggesting the reasoning behind the omission was a desire to play a more direct brand of football, backfired as his side were well-beaten on Merseyside.
“He has 15 months left on his contract”, Wenger said.
“What was good in the second half was the collective performance”. Instead, they over-ran Arsenal in the first half.
At 23, he (Pogba) is still young and could do with a rest – although I don’t see that happening.

Asked about the reports at a press conference prior to Tuesday’s Champions League last-16 second leg against Bayern Munich, Wenger said they were “completely false”.
Arsenal fans protest with a banner against manager Arsene Wenger. That’s what we did, ” Wenger tried reason. We haven’t competed in a lot of games.
Oh. So, things aren’t so bad between you and Alexis? “I just want them on board to achieve something together”. “I understand you have to fill newspapers, and I respect that. I will decide tomorrow morning”, he said. “But on Friday I knew we could win”.
But he insisted he was not surprised by his omission.
“The players have to perform and the board chooses the manager”.
