Assassin’s Creed Odyssey Story Synopsis Leaks Ahead of E3 2018

Assassin’s Creed Odyssey was revealed at Ubisoft’s E3 2018 media briefing. Play in a living world that constantly reacts to your every decision.

After skipping 2016, the formerly annualized Assassin’s Creed franchise returned in 2017 with the critically acclaimed Assassin’s Creed: Origins, which took the series in a somewhat new direction.

Is this the real Assassin’s Creed Odyssey story synopsis? Players can choose between two Spartan mercenaries – a female named Kassandra, and a male named Alexios.

The Assassin’s Creed games have been a staple in many of our libraries for a while, which is why we’re looking forward to checking out Assassin’s Creed Odyssey. However, the spear does bestow combat abilities, so that’s a plus. They can attack on foot or on horseback.

The combat mechanics will feature similar combat to that found in Assassin’s Creed Origins, but with Grecian weaponry to fight people with. With the Aegean Sea at your fingertips, it’s only natural that ship battles are a feature of the landscape.

Everyone who pre-orders Odyssey will get access to another mission called “The Blind King”, though there are no details about what you’ll do in this mission were shared.

Special editions for Assassin’s Creed Odyssey were announced. The cinematic trailer also looks to tease the ability to team up with other pirate crews to take on players in this pirate multiplayer game.

Odyssey is set in Greece circa 431 BC during the Peloponnesian War between Athens and Sparta.

“In numerous screenshots, you see missions instructing you to fight, kill or weaken the Athenians”. Though that, of course, is one of the highest compliments when it comes to narrative-heavy RPGs, so if this new direction for the Assassin’s Creed game narrative is even a little like BioWare, we’re all for it.
