Astronauts aboard space station watch ‘The Martian’
This was the special screening of the movie for the astronauts aboard ISS as the movie has not been released in theaters yet.

Miraculously, Watney survives the storm, but there is one problem – his crew has already left him behind.
They watched the film on their new HD projector.
The Martian will be in theaters on October 2.
Well, this is not the first time that astronauts are watching movies up above, earlier in April, they also watched “Gravity” starring Sandra Bullock and George Clooney. The Martian takes place 20 years in future, in 2025, exactly the time when NASA is expected to send humans of Red Planet. Scott Kelly and Kjell Lindgren tweeted about it, with Lindgren saying, “What a treat to watch The Martian while in space and see reflections of our own journey to Mars”.
