Audi Q7 launched in India, priced at INR 72 Lakhs – IAB Report
Aside from slightly stretched headlamps, the front face of the Q5 will likely be similar to its bigger brother, the Audi Q7.
Audi will be launching its Q7 facelift in India today. This new SUV is lighter, faster and better looking than the previous version. The new rectangular LED tail-lamp cluster is also a welcomed change over the old unit as this gives the vehicle a sleeker look at the rear.
The inside is all new in terms of design. Both the engines deliver power through the eight-speed automatic transmission to the famed Quattro all-wheel drive system.
The supercharged engine will help the Q7 reach 100km/h from a standstill in 6.3 seconds, which is 1.6 seconds quicker than the previous generation model.
The rear profile of next generation Audi Q7 SUV continues to feature sharp theme in-line design along with new tail lamps and flattered exhaust.
It comes equipped with 45 TDI (3.0 TDI) engine which churns out 249 hp (183 kW) of power and 600 Nm of torque.
The new 2016 Audi Q7 gets Xenon Plus Headlights as standard.
The new wrap-around interior offers pure luxury with stylish aluminium accents on the dashboard, 3-spoke multi functional steering wheel while the optional Ambient Lighting Pack perfectly finishes the environment at night.
On the outside, the new Q7 bears little resemblance to the outgoing model, with tighter lines and new headlamps that remind you of the A6 and A7.
