Australia’s Angels Descend on the Victoria’s Secret Runway

The Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show, one of the most eagerly anticipated events of the year, is taking place in NY City with dozens of models sashaying down the runway for the 20th annual event.

While Gigi wowed in a butterfly-inspired look, pal Kendall made her mark in a multicoloured lingerie set, complete with a silk blue patterned train. This is just the taping, including musical performances by The Weeknd, Ellie Goulding and Selena Gomez, after Rihanna abruptly canceled.

Long-established Angels Adriana Lima and Alessandra Ambrosio walked in the show for the 16th time, while Lily Aldridge was chosen this year to wear the $2 million Fantasy Bra.

She’s one of the hottest new models.

Though Hadid and Jenner are not official angels, both young models couldn’t contain their excitement about getting to walk their first show for the internationally popular brand.

It’s the most famous catwalk show of the year and the 2015 Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show certainly lived up to the hype as the world’s most handsome supermodels took to the stage.

This was Aldridge’s seventh show with the lingerie powerhouse. “Her advice was just breathe and just take it in”.

She also gave a “special shoutout” to the VS Show’s creative director Sophia Neophitou for her incredible staging.

The Front Row Was Full Of Proud Parents Kris and Caitlin Jenner, plus Gigi’s mum Yolanda Foster, were all frow-side to watch their daughters’ big modeling moment for themselves. Another great show from Victoria’s Secret and another great show from Candice Swanepoel.

These models are featured in several shows specifically, but they also have a huge presence in the fashion industry generally.
