Authorities release names of the 14 people killed in San Bernardino shooting
A gripping video taken inside the Inland Regional Center shows a group of frightened people being led out by a cop, who seeks to ease the fears by calmly stating: “I’ll take a bullet before you do, that’s for damn sure”. As in all times of terror, first responders stormed the scene, less concerned with their own lives than serving in the line of duty.
An officer reassures a group he is leading to safety that he will stand between them and any attacker.

That’s what a true hero sounds like.
Phone footage captured by customer service coordinator Gabi Flores, shows the moment after gunfire broke out at the social service centre at San Bernardino, when employees tried to flee the building.
After an employee informed him of the active shooting scene, Willwerth told ABC News he grabbed his pistol and headed toward the direction of the gunshots.
It was a hard day for employees of a Campbell center that provides services for people with developmental disabilities as they watched the horrific events unfold in San Bernardino. They say the two suspects died in a shootout with police.
14 people were killed in Wednesday’s shooting, while 17 were injured.
The suspects were killed in a police standoff hours after the shooting.
