Babies born on Leap Day dressed as adorable frogs

A leap day birthday is something truly special – so to celebrate the babies born this February 29, one Pittsburgh hospital is dressing newborns in adorably appropriate frog outfits.
Ian Howard Phillips waited around just long enough to be born on Leap Day.
Arnot Ogden Medical Center also had a Leap Year baby born Monday.
Nthabiseng Mashinini with her bundle of joy. The leapling was born at Mercy Hospital at 1:43 p.m. weighing seven pounds and four ounces.
In the nursery at Bristol Hospital, newborn Gavin Paul Haynes and his parents were getting to know each other Monday afternoon.
Sarah, 27, said the couple were delighted at the leap year arrival.
“Actually we’ve had a lot of fun on Leap Day, with it being the 29th”. The disparity in the revolution creates a tropical year 20 minutes shorter than an astronomical year, a difference known as precession.
Leap year only comes once every four years, but when it does, time doesn’t stop.
“There’s a leap year every year that is divisible by four, except for years that are both divisible by 100 and not divisible by 400”, according to the Telegraph.
