If you are using illegal fireworks and something goes wrong do not hesitate to call for help.
Safety experts say the best advice is to leave professional grade fireworks to the professionals.
He also reminds parents that while sparklers may seem like innocent fun, they are also risky.

MI law requires fireworks never be used while under the influence of drugs or alcohol. Gus Danielides, fire chief with the Whiting Fire Department, advises to have a fire extinguisher nearby, as well as a garden hose ready to spray water if needed.

While there is a ban on outdoor burning in Palo Pinto County, there is no ban on buying or using fireworks outside cities and towns where they are prohibited.
