Badass Raw Footage from ‘Mad Max: Fury Road’ Without VFX
The video, consisting of footage that has not been enhanced by CGI, is dedicated to the “Mad Max: Fury Road” production team. Director George Miller knows this, and that’s why his 2015 film employs a massive cadre of stunt men and women to bring his insane vision to life.
There is no CGI anywhere in the video, which is something worth chewing on next time you watch “Fury Road”.
Warner Bros. Home Entertainment announced that the Mad Max High Octane Collection will be arriving on December 6.
Note that Amazon in the United Kingdom had hinted (earlier this year) that the original Mad Max would be released on 4K Ultra HD format as well this year, but there’s no word of it here.
Really, that’s probably why the movie looked so great. A 4K-Ultra HD version and digital copy will also be included.
In an age where huge box office movies are generally made by utilizing lots of CGI work, Mad Max: Fury Road managed to stray from the norm in the most delightful of ways.
NEW! *Fury Road “Black & Chrome” Edition – Witness the surreal black and white version of mastermind George Miller’s Fury Road.
Road War – In 1982, the world was blindsided by George Miller’s masterpiece of apocalyptic destruction: The Road Warrior.
This four-minute video of raw action footage from the film is worth it.
Although the movie does use some computer effects to enhance what’s on camera, a lot of the insane action was really happening out in the desert.
